Shipping Policy
Orders over $300 require a signature upon a USPS delivery.
If you are not available when USPS makes your delivery, a notice will be left for you. You must take the notice to your local post office to retrieve your package. You have approximately 2 weeks to pick up your package from your local post office.
If you do not pick-up your package in the 2 week period, it will be returned to us. In that case, you will have two options once we receive your package back:
- We will re-ship your order, but we will charge you for shipping again. OR
- We will refund the product portion of your order.
Orders with an undeliverable shipping address are responsible for the shipping charges.
If you provide a shipping address that is undeliverable, and your order is returned to us, then you are
responsible for the shipping charges. In that case, you will have two options once we receive your package back:
- We will re-ship your order, but we will charge you for shipping again. OR
- We will refund the product portion of your order.
Examples of an undeliverable shipping address:
- A location that USPS does not deliver to
- An apartment or condo building where you do not provide a unit#
- An international location where you do not provide an accurate shipping address.
