WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE A DEALER?

1. A resale license (license information will need to be supplied to Dimensional Design before Dealer status can be granted.) Resale license requirement is for U.S. dealers only, and in some cases may not be required of those dealers located outside of the United States.
2. Credentials or similar professional license (if health practitioner) or a business license
3. Complete our application and email or fax it to us with a copy of either your Practitioner License or business certification. Our fax number is at (847) 853-0428. Upon process and review we will contact you with your distributor ID# and instructions for ordering. This will allow you to place wholesale orders online with a login and password through our website at www.safespaceprotection.com.
4. Knowledge of the proper use of the items you will be selling.

   Most of the SafeSpace items are simple to use and do not require special training but an understanding of how to use the tools together is important. To optimize clearing of spaces several of the tools can be used together and dealers should have a clear understanding of proper use before they can sell these items.

   As a Dimensional Design Dealer, you will be expected to inform your customers how to use any tools they purchase from you. Any questions or follow-up needed from your customers must be provided directly by you to your customer, and not referred out to Dimensional Design office or customer service. As a Dealer you are welcome to personally contact Dimensional Design for guidance on how to answer any questions from customers you are not sure how to respond to.

   The Vesica Institute is a primary source for training in the principles & applications of the Dimensional Design Tools as well as a primary distributor of the product line. Training DVDs developed by Vesica will soon be available to educate users on the proper use of the DD product line. Live training classes are also offered by the Vesica Institue. Interested dealers who have been introduced to the DD products through Vesica Institute should apply for dealership through Vesica. (www.Vesica.org)

5. If Dealers are marketing the SafeSpace products on their website, the name SafeSpace should not be incorporated in their URL.

WHAT IS THE WHOLESALE DISCOUNT WHICH DEALERS RECEIVE?

Most items are available at a 30% discount, with some exceptions. Full details are found on the Dimensional Design Dealers Price List which is sent to all Dealers upon acceptance of their application.

QUANTIES ORDERED

For the wholesale discount dealers are required to order products in Minimum Units. The number of items in a package is listed as the "Minimum Unit (M.U.). Thus, if a product has a M.U. of 4 pieces, the dealer would order this item in multiples of 4. There is no splitting of Minimum Units. The discounted prices are based on the M.U. quantity price.

Note: Some items will qualify during specific promotional periods for higher discounts.

IS THERE STANDARD PRICING FOR RESELLING THE TOOLS?

All U.S. dealers are required to charge a minimum of the suggested retail price (SRP) for all items. This helps to protect the integrity of the brand and ensure that all channels receive parity and fair treatment. For practitioners that serve and advise clients on the use of the SafeSpace products may add up to 15% extra to the SRP price.

Dealers not in the United States may set their own prices in their local currency, based on shifting currency exchange rates (they will be charged in US dollars for all Dealer orders) and overhead incurred in importing.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM INITIAL ORDER AMOUNT?

Minimum Initial Order: $1000 wholesale

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT FOR SUBSEQUENT ORDERS?

Minimum Amount for Subsequent Orders: $300 wholesale

WHAT ARE THE “DEALER EDUCATION” REQUIREMENTS?

Dealers are expected to fully inform customers on the principles of the tools and their practical application. Any questions from Customers need to be answered directly by the Dealer who made the sale to that Customer, and will not be answered by Dimensional Design or by Dimensional Design staff. However Dealers may contact Dimensional Design at any time for guidance on how to properly answer customer questions on principles or usage.

Dealers interested in handling the more advanced energy detection and application tools (such as the Dial System) need to have attended a live event with Dr. Gilbert where they can be taught their proper usage, or have viewed educational DVDs on their usage (the latter will be available in the near future.)

CAN I ADVERTISE THE DIMENSIONAL DESIGN TOOLS I SELL ON MY WEBSITE?

Yes, however for purposes of search engine optimization there is one stipulation: you will need to put the tools on your site with descriptions written in your own words.

Dealers agree not to re-use material from www.safespaceprotection.com.

In particular, you agree not to copy, distribute, republish, upload, post, or transmit anything unless you get our written consent -- first.

Dealers desiring to list the DD tools they sell online, are required to submit the descriptions of tools they write to Dimensional Design for approval before they are posted online. This is a quick and simple process, which allows Dimensional Design to review the wording in order to ensure accurate descriptions and avoid any claims which are banned by U.S. regulatory authorities (primarily this applies to medical descriptions related to the use of the tools.)

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF SPECIFIC TOOLS REQUIRED TO ORDER TO RECEIVE THE DEALER DISCOUNT?

In most cases, 3-5 of a specific tool (or 10 packs for some small tools) is the minimum. There are exceptions for certain higher-priced items, where the minimum number requirement is lower. Full Details are contained in the Dimensional Design Dealers Price List document, sent automatically to those whose Dealers applications are accepted.
